Quick Reference “Cheat Sheets”
Since we offer four different assessments and skills tracking, church leaders might feel overwhelmed by all the information. To help with this, we created a printable quick reference guide called Cheat Sheets. These Cheat Sheets are designed to help church leaders quickly learn how to use our mobilization assessments, which include ePersonality, Leadership Style, GraceGifts, and Skills Tracking.
Below, you’ll find our Cheat Sheets that give a brief summary of each assessment. Many church and ministry leaders find it useful to post these Cheat Sheets on a wall or desk for easy reference. Please note that this guide does not include information on NextSteps discipleship tracking profiles.
